Frequently Asked Questions

• Absolutely, anyone can visit the Cash and Carry from Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
• There is no minimum spend required you are more than welcome to come even if you wanted something as small as a pop tart!
• No membership is required either open to everyone.

Although, when visiting we have a few strict policies if you visit and take any pictures or videos you will be kicked out and will be blocklisted from entering again or making online orders.

Collections

• Yes we do offer collections and they are entirely free this will be an option when you approach checkout 

Collection/Shipping

• We will be offering our own couriers for shipping parcels and pallets but if you would like you can choose the collection option online and then from there choose your own courier to collect your parcels and pallets we are more than happy for you to do this if you feel this is an easier method for you.

Returns

Damaged goods (MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS)

• If for any reason your goods have arrived and have been damaged so bad to which they can not be sold anymore there are 2 options we can follow:

-You will have to return the damaged goods back in full to the cash and carry via postage or you can return it in the cash and carry yourself we will then:

(We will not accept any returns if you have partially sold any items)

• Refund you for the damage 
• Or we can offer you a brand new replacement 

-Drinks returns are only applicable to pallet orders. 

-Dents to cans will also not be sufficient towards a refund.

Delivery will take anywhere between 2-7 business days roughly

First and foremost minimum delivery will start at £150

Confectionary

• When ordering any sweets, chocolates and crisps orders will be charged at £9.99 up to £250 which will be standard delivery.
• orders between £250-£500 will be charged at £18.99 this will be a bulk delivery.
• Orders that total £500 can only be placed via a pallet and shipping costs will then be £39.99.

Drinks

• Due to the packaging of drinks only orders above £500 will allow you to order drinks.
• As long as your net order amount exceeds £500 you can order drinks as well for example you can order chocolates, crisps and drinks and if the sum comes to for example £505 your order can then be shipped.
• Similarly to confectionary your shipping will then be calculated depending on your region.
• ANY DRINKS ORDERED BELOW THIS AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. WE WILL ONLY REFUND DRINKS VIA PALLET METHOD NOT VIA DPD (YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RISK)
